This Abhaya workshop is a journey into our innate power through mastering body awareness, clear principles of alignment, and harmonizing breath with movement, asana by asana--stance by stance. We start in the morning with dynamic Vinyasa practice, and continue in the afternoon with restoratives and therapeutics. A complete experience that will help to shed layers of tension and unveil our true potential on the mat and in life. It is true: Abhaya Yoga makes us strong and fearless!
