March Matness was a huge event for BASI with three Mat classes taught by BASI Founder, Rael Isacowitz. 1. Saturday Magic - Join the Mentor participants for Day 2 of the Mentor Program (March 20, 2021). The joy of movement is the real magic in the intermediate BASI Flow mat class with the great magician of movement Rael Isacowitz, leading the way. 2. Back in the Saddle - Time to dust of your "saddle" and get moving with Day 1 of the Mentor Program (March 19, 2021). The fundamental/ intermediate 60-minute workout is anything but easy. Rael Isacowitz asks you to go deeper into the work as you settle into this meditative movement class 3. The final Mat class of the Mentor Program (March 21, 2021) is always filled with mixed emotions. It is a long journey for the participants on many levels and the class is a culmination of three days of exploration. This 60-minute intermediate mat class has everything that BASI is known - precision, flow, harmony, and joy.
