One of Rael’s favorite quotes from Joseph Pilates relates to the spine, the center column of the body, “If your spine is inflexibly stiff at 30, you are old; if it is completely flexible at 60, you are young.” Rael will explore all facets of wellbeing for the 65+ population. He will focus on effective ways of working with this population and offer practical tools to do so. The Workshop will help you deepen your understanding of the aging population and expand your knowledge and confidence to work with this community.
