The adaptability of the method allows the Pilates professional to tailor programs for the individual as well as for diverse athletic activities.

This Webinar provides the Pilates professional with the skills she needs to create dedicated Pilates sessions for “weekend warrior” (athletic enthusiast) clients, enhancing both their athletic training program and their performance.
