Muscular (im)balance and Body Alignment

Many clients show long-term muscular imbalances caused by sedentary lifestyle, sports injuries or accidents. These longstanding patterns are often not corrected by a regular exercise regime, unless each of those patterns are addressed specifically. In this workshop we will discuss and learn how to improve your clients’ body alignment faster by identifying muscular imbalance patterns. It is a practical workshop that will sharpen your eye and give you hands-on tools as well as specific exercises you can either start a session with or integrate in a regular Pilates program.
