Workshop-3

Designed to enhance one’s professional knowledge, BASI Pilates offers stimulating workshops that delve into various facets of the Pilates Method or teach the application of Pilates in specialized areas. Typically taught in 1- or 2-day formats, workshops allow Pilates teachers the opportunity to work directly with highly qualified BASI faculty to dive deeper into specific topics as they relate to the Pilates Method.
