HONORS REUNION
Honors Reunion is a post graduate course of study following graduation from the Legacy Program. While one hundred percent inspired by the works of Joseph Pilates, the vast majority of the work taught in Honors Reunion is original repertoire developed by Rael Isacowitz. It is built on the foundation of the BASI Comprehensive and Legacy Programs and is a deep exploration of the infinite possibilities that are available to the human body and mind. While some of the work takes us to the outer limits of challenge and possibility, the overarching theme of Honors Reunion is a return to basics. Essentially magnifying the importance of precision and the subtle nuances of Pilates movement.
By virtue of the prerequisites to enter Honors Reunion, all those attending will have already travelled a rigorous and demanding journey to reach this point. Honors Reunion aims to transcend movement alone and become an all-encompassing immersion of body, mind, and spirit. It is an amalgamation of the human body, Pilates equipment, and the repertoire. It is a moment to look back with pride on the road already traveled and look forward with excitement and enthusiasm on the adventures that lie ahead. It is a moment to stand on the mountain top and enjoy awe inspiring view.
