The Graduate Program is for students who have completed the Foundation Program and wish to gain comprehensive knowledge of Pilates on all the Pilates apparatus, including Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ped-a-pul, Ladder Barrel, Step Barrel, BASI’s proprietary F2 System® and various other Auxiliary apparatus.
BASI’s Graduate Program is the 2nd half of the Comprehensive program and consists of six modules, which includes lectures, discussions, exercise analysis and practice. To receive a BASI Comprehensive Certificate, students will have completed the Foundation and Graduate programs along with 500 hours: self-practice (200 hours), observation (100 hours), practice teaching (200 hours), passed the mid-term and final written exams, and submitted a Student Paper. Additionally there is an in-person teaching assessment and practical examination.
The Graduate Program is an enduring foundation for a career in Pilates, with graduates qualified to teach up to advanced level students on the full complement of standard Pilates equipment.

グラデュエイトプログラムは、ファンデーションプログラムを修了した学生が、さらに深い知識と技術を習得するためのコースです。このプログラムでは、マットやリフォーマー、キャデラック、ワンダチェア、ペダプル、ラダーバレル、ステップバレル、そしてBASI独自のF2システム®を含む、あらゆるピラティス器具に関する総合的な理解を深めます。
BASIのグラデュエイトプログラムは、コンプリヘンシブプログラムの後半にあたる6つのモジュールで構成されており、講義やディスカッション、エクササイズの分析と実践を通して学びを進めます。BASIのコンプリヘンシブプログラム修了証を得るためには、ファンデーションとグラデュエイトの両プログラムを修了し、500時間の学習(自主トレーニング200時間、見学100時間、指導実習200時間)、中間試験と最終筆記試験、さらに論文の提出が必要です。指導評価と実技試験も対面で行われます。
グラデュエイトプログラムを修了することで、ピラティス器具を使った高いレベルでの指導が可能となり、指導者としてのキャリアにおいて重要な基盤を築くことができます。

Module 1 - Muscle Balance and Imbalance

Module 4 - Program Design Principles

Module 5 - Specific Populations Part 1

Primary concepts covered are habitual movement patterns, cross training, imbalances and setting goals. The athletic population is looked at closely. Lecture focuses on teaching methodologies. Repertoire taught includes intermediate- and advanced-level work on both Ladder Barrel and Step Barrel.
Module 6 - Specific Populations Part 2

Primary concepts covered are based on populations with restrictions and an in-depth look at pregnancy guidelines. Lecture includes teaching men and women, different body types as well as objectives and approaches. A general review of the repertoire is conducted and the Final Written Examination is given.

- $500 ProBridge discount for Pilates Professionals with a Comprehensive Teacher Training certificate from another education program. Verification required. Discounts cannot be stacked. Whichever discount is greater will apply.
- BASI Refresher Discount! Audit the entire course for $1,250. Prior completion of this program is required in order to audit.
