We’re super excited to announce that BASI Pilates’ ‘Learn From The Leaders’ (LFTL) – one of the world’s premier Pilates conferences – lands in London on 30th April 2022!

You’re invited to join BASI Pilates founder, Rael Isacowitz for this intimate, one-day-only event of Pilates education, collaboration and inspiration. It’s an opportunity for us all to be together again in person to celebrate all things good and all things BASI.

This one-day-only event includes a Power of Ageing workshop split over two sessions, and a Mat class, both led by BASI Pilates Founder, Rael Isacowitz. An exciting and invigorating day starts with breakfast with everyone free to enjoy pastries, fruit & tea. We will have scheduled breaks throughout the day and lunch will also be provided for us to all enjoy together.

9.00 – 11.45 – Power of Ageing Session 1 – Rael Isacowitz
11.45 – 13.00 – Lunch break
13.00 – 15.45 – Power of Ageing Session 2 – Rael Isacowitz
Short break
16.15 – 17.30 – Mat Class with Rael
17.30 – 19.30 – Relaxed drinks, food & music – perfect for hugging and loud excited chatting
