I love writing. Back in my hometown Zagreb (Croatia) I worked as a journalist, and actually, at one point in my life, I had to choose between working as a Pilates teacher and working in newspapers. Back then it was the second choice. So, pilates was actually always my first one. 🙂 I wasn’t ready to do it. At that time, and we’re talking about 12, 13 years ago, I wasn’t thinking I could be a pilates professional. But I was always thinking for myself: ‘Keep the things you know, there will be time to do it.’

And that time came. I moved to Belgium. After I hit rock bottom at home. I just always knew I had to live somewhere else, but I wasn’t brave enough. Till I was.

In Antwerp I went back to pilates, I reunited with an old friend, also a pilates teacher who encouraged me to pursue my pilates career. Last year I enrolled in the CTT program. And I found my place. Started teaching a bit, got a job in one of the most prestigious gyms in town. I couldn’t be happier. Finally, to be good at sth. And help people feel better and keep their spirit up from time to time. Priceless.

Pilates literally changed my life. I gained back confidence.

I mean, I’m not perfect, I had my ‘hick ups’ through my first TT, and I suppose I’ll have it again. But, I’ll do my best.

And two months ago I ‘got a herniated disc. But yeah, that’s life. I just need to adjust and make it my strength and not my weakness.

We’ll see how that goes.

Thank you for reading…

All the best,
