Yurika Matsumoto

Yurika has been practicing Pilates for several years. Its holistic, mind and body approach has been just the right thing to keep her going as a mom with busy children. As once-a-week sessions became more frequent, her inquisitive nature finally brought her to BASI Pilates in 2008, where she was certified as an instructor and remained at the studio to work with her clients. Not only she loves teaching and watching how her clients transform their lives through Pilates, but also enjoys her own regular training and attending workshops to expand her knowledge further. Her sessions are available in English and Japanese.
