Anthony Lett, author of the popular book “Innovations in Pilates” will teach and present on the major themes from his book. This 2 day course will cover important themes in the education and development of any serious Pilates teacher or advanced student.
“Innovations in Pilates” details the integration of Therapeutic Muscle Stretching on the Pilates reformer. It has been described as the ‘missing element” in Pilates repertoire and teacher education. Anthony’s course will introduce you to the latest research in stretching biomechanics and neurophysiology in practical ways that will give you new insights into the Pilates system and dozens of new and effective ways of using your reformer. Whether you teach in a clinical or well-being based Pilates model, the work will enable you to increase the effectiveness of your programs and offer and new and exciting class formats. With the latest 3d analysis of movement, the course will also clarify and develop your anatomical knowledge in theoretical and experiential ways.
It is going to be a weekend jam-packed with information designed to inform, improve and challenge the way that you think about and teach your Pilates work!

This four-day certificate course presents repertoire that addresses key demands of dance and common imbalances, so that dance performance can be enhanced and injury risk reduced. Participants will learn repertoire on the mat and Pilates apparatus designed to improve upper back extension, turnout, extensions of the legs, arabesques, knee hyperextension, point of the foot (plantar flexion), ankle-foot stability, jumps, and carriage of the arms. In addition to learning individual exercises, participants will participate in a sample mat class with elastic bands, as well as a sample reformer class. A course manual is included and participants will receive a certificate of completion.

This three-day, advanced education certificate course presents a Physical Therapy approach to working with clients who have injuries, physical limitations, or movement dysfunctions. Specific injuries and pathologies are examined and students learn about precautions and/or contraindications for these conditions, as well as exercise options and modifications to the original BASI Pilates repertoire. Course participants learn safe ways to work with clients who suffer from some of the most commonly encountered pathologies and injuries. Course manual is included and participants receive a certificate of completion.
This course is approved for 18 CECs by the PMA.

This course is the first phase of Ultimate Pilates, Rael’s voyage of discovery to the extreme edges of the Method with the most accomplished of his colleagues and students. This program focuses on refinement of the work and introduces us to the higher principles. Advanced repertoire utilizing all apparatus is introduced. The Mentor Program provides the Pilates professional with the opportunity to work with the mentor himself!
To be eligible for this course, you must have completed the BASI or another recognized comprehensive teacher training course (proof of certificate requried). Two (2) years of teaching experience for BASI qualified teachers and three (3) years for all others.
This course is approved by the PMA for 18 CECs.

This course is the second phase of Ultimate Pilates, Rael’s voyage of discovery to the extremes of the Method with the most accomplished of his colleagues and students. The Master Program introduces a level of the repertoire that Rael has never previously taught. Attention is given to teaching, cueing and methodology, but the main thrust is the in-depth exploration of master-level exercises that have seldom been part of any teacher training curriculum.
To be eligible for this course, you must have previously completed the Mentor Program.
This program is approved by the PMA for 15 CECs.
