What you can expect to find at Healthy Changes Pilates Studio…
1) Your connections… Pilates is an experience that you grow with over time. It does take time, patience, and consistency. It is one of the few exercises that become more challenging as you continue to practice it. If you don’t “feel it” then you most likely have not connected yet, you will! We will help you get there!
2) An instructor that pays attention to your individual body, modifies the exercises as needed and does not consider your time their own personal exercise time. You come first! The instructor stays attentive to make sure you stay safe and get results.
3) Small group classes. This is very different than a group aerobics class. Max participants are 6 in equipment classes. You will see the fastest results with private training and small group classes. It is recommended that you practice Pilates a minimum of 2 times per week. The more often you practice the faster you will achieve results.
4) A comfortable, friendly environment where you can re-energize and enjoy Pilates! You can expect to connect with more than just your core at Healthy Changes! The small intimate Pilates classes support a great social network where you can work out and get to know new friends who all share the same Pilates passion!
