Her name is Edyta Morwińska and a few years ago she was in a completely different condition – both physical and mental. After spending several years taking care of children and the house, she realized that it was time to take care of herself. Like everyone who is advanced, he was once a beginner, so she has come all the way. She started from the very beginning, from scratch. “What you can control is the movement of your body.”
She had never practiced anything before, apart from dancing in her youth. The time has come to contact yourself and your body again. Just thinking about how her body was moving, she didn’t think much about other unnecessary things anymore. It’s very soothing and rewarding, especially in today’s busy times – to just stop thinking about everything and focus on the here and now. In pilates, she found everything she needed: awareness, breathing, balance, concentration, control, precision and… flow. By implementing these principles and methods not only in training, but also in her life, she noticed how her body and way of thinking were changing. She wanted to share this with others.
She began to play the role of an instructor, broadening her theoretical and practical knowledge. In 2015, she became a certified Pilates Instructor of one of the best schools – BASI Pilates. Then she expanded her pilates knowledge with knowledge of medical training, deep muscle training and pelvic floor muscle training using the BeBo® method. However, what stole her heart was working on the body on large equipment – the Reformer. Years of practice and experience with different people and bodies have taught her an individual approach. According to Edyta, the most important thing in working with the client is to choose what the opposite body needs from all the knowledge you have. And each of us is built differently, has a different past and different goals. In Edyta’s world, good training is one that gives real pleasure, allows you to enjoy your own body and time spent among nice people, thanks to whom there is positive energy in the air. Edyta guarantees that pilates focuses such people.
Edyta’s dream is for everyone to practice Pilates. He wants to create a place at the highest world level, where he will spread the culture of caring for his physical fitness. It will be a place for anyone who wants to focus on working on their body and well-being. No blush, regardless of age, gender and level of advancement, usucapion or employment. A place where you will feel good and which will be available to you when you need it. A place where you don’t have to feel bad about never exercising, going on vacation, having your head off and just being there when you find a moment. According to this idea, she adapted the location, equipment, booking application, class schedule and tickets.
She wanted everything to be the best for the clients. She was looking for a suitable place for a long time – with convenient access, parking, elevator, well-lit. Her studio has it all, is located at the intersection of access roads to Grodzisk Mazowiecki, which means that you will get here without wandering through the small, unknown streets. By the way, you can also run many other errands, there are a lot of shops and service outlets around.
She equipped the studio with the best of everything. Starting with a pleasant oak, oiled floor, which is so pleasant to walk on barefoot, adjustable lighting, through a cloakroom with ventilated cabinets, locked with an individually selected code (no unhygienic bands and uncomfortable keys), comfortable showers with rain shower and a dry place for a towel and clothes, at the end of the room fully equipped with modern exercise equipment.
An inseparable element of Edyta’s studio equipment is also a convenient application, thanks to which all organizational issues are available at the touch of a finger. There is a schedule, on-line payments, and most importantly – booking a place.
At Edyta’s studio, classes start at 6:30, for those who like to work out before work. The next class starts at 8:00 or 8:15, as others prefer to work out as soon as they take their child to school. There are hours later for those who have free time during the day. Evening sessions start at 5pm and the last class ends at 9.30pm. If you still don’t manage to find time during the week, I invite you to Edyta on the weekend. He has classes for you on Saturday and Sunday mornings. When you buy a package of activities for a mat or machines, you have 12 months to use. No hanging up, no translation, you just book classes when you want and can. You will always make it. The OPEN pass is also waiting for you when you get caught up in such a bug that you want to come whenever you have free time. Edyta invites you, come, make yourself comfortable, take off your heavy boots, treat yourself to some coffee or water and feel good. Edyta will take care of the rest.
