Sheri was fantastic, her enthusiasm about Pilates was infectious

There was a lot of material covered in a short space of time. Possibly add time to the course to allow for more student teaching workshops at the end of each module.

    Mat Pilate intensive course

Amazing and friendly instructors. I learnt so much from Emily, Lisa and Julia during my course last year Sep - Nov 2017. Course material was good. For Mat intensive 4 days course, i will only recommend to those who has done a lot of pilate classes. If not the 6 days might be a better options.
