LFTL originated in Queensland, Australia in 2002. Since then, this highly- acclaimed series has expanded worldwide, and has been held with great success in the USA, Australia, South Africa, Germany, Greece, Korea, and with more in the works.

Rael Isacowitz, Founder and Owner of BASI Pilates, conceived the series as a forum in which leaders of the Pilates world come together to further the philosophy and practice of Pilates education.
