Product Return & Exchange Policy

Not happy with your purchase? We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund of your purchase price, less any shipping and handling fees paid to have the order shipped or returned.

We simply ask that you return your purchase in unused condition, with its original packaging and all accessories, hand tags etc.

When will my credit card be credited?
Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. We will email you with a credit confirmation as soon as the return is processed.

Will I be charged for return shipping?
Return shipping is at your expense (non-refundable), using the carrier of your choice. Please make sure you keep a tracking number for your records.

Will I be charged to have my exchange order shipped?
We offer one exchange per order and ship it for free, by standard ground shipping. If a second exchange is required, you will have to pay for the shipping cost of $9.95. Payment by credit card or money order.

Will I be issued a refund for the shipping cost I paid to have my order shipped to me?
Unfortunately, we do not refund original shipping cost paid to have your order shipped to you as this is a service that is paid to FedEx, UPS or USPS to have your order delivered.

How do I make an exchange?
When you return the purchase, please ensure that you provide us with the following information.

  • Copy of Invoice or Order number.
  • The credit card you used to make the purchase if you are requesting a refund.
  • Your name and billing address used to place order.
  • Your email.
  • The original purchase price and date of purchase.
  • The item number of the merchandise, if available.
  • List the item(s) that you are exchanging. Note the reason for the exchange.
  • Detailed instructions regarding what you would like us to do with your order, e.g. different color or size if it is a piece of clothing.
  • We strongly recommend you make a copy of your invoice and filled out exchange paperwork to keep for your records.
  • Please be certain to insure the contents of your return package,as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
