Nyce Bodies was established in 1992. It started as a small studio in a fitness center in LA. It soon evolved into a fully equipped studio offering Pilates and Gyrotonic. In 2007, the owner Shari Nyce moved her studio to Pennington, NJ so she could raise her three little girls in the country near their grandparents. Shari is the owner and teacher at Nyce Bodies. There are a handful of other certified BASI instructors that help out in the studio. The studio also offers an annual BASI certification program.
