Terms & Conditions
- The due date for 2012 submissions is Wednesday, February 22, 2012. Applications received after that date will not be considered.
- Successful applicants will be informed by email within two months of the application submission date.
- All queries should be addressed to scholarships@basipilates.com.
- Scholarships are non-transferrable.
Submission Requirements
Please provide the following with your application:
- This application form printed and filled in.
- An essay of up to 800 words describing your career aspirations, explaining why you are deserving of a scholarship and addressing the statement “Creativity is when the teacher and the pupil are the same person,” (Arthur Koestler.)
- Three letters of recommendation.
The essay and letters can be attached to the application form.
After filling in the first section, Mentor Program applicants can jump directly to the last question, CTTC Graduation Date.
