“Ageless Beauty” Pilates for the Mature Client

Today, our aging population is more active than ever.  Many play sports like tennis or golf, while others just play with their grandchildren.  In this workshop we will discuss some of the musculoskeletal issues, diseases, and physical changes that are common in the older population.  We will learn modifications and variations to the original BASI repertoire; and discuss the specific needs of this age group. By applying some tools, variations and precautions you can safely take your client through a session that will meet their needs and help them to maintain their lifestyle and a wonderful quality of life.
