The Mentor Program

This course is the first phase of Ultimate Pilates, Rael’s voyage of discovery to the extreme edges of the Method with the most accomplished of his colleagues and students. This program focuses on refinement of the work and introduces us to the higher principles. Advanced repertoire utilizing all apparatus is introduced. The Mentor Program provides the Pilates professional with the opportunity to work with the mentor himself!

Price: 1550 Euros
To be accepted to this program you must be a graduate of BASI Pilates for 2 years or a graduate from another Pilates school for 3 years.

Day One Primary concepts covered include teaching methodology, the art of cueing and cueing as a process, as well as a discussion on higher principles. There will be group and/or private sessions with Rael. New repertoire will be taught on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Step Barrel. |

Day Two Concepts covered include exercise progression and programming, the Block System, programming for different populatoions, program progression and selecting the appropriate level for clients. New repertoire will be introduced on the Reformer, Wunda Chair and Cadillac. |

Day Three Concepts covered are exercises analysis through movement, muscle testing, movement observation and analysis, and advanced level work as a goal. Implementation of these concepts will be discussed. More new repertoire will be introduced on the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Step Barrel and Ladder Barrel. |
