The Foundation Apparatus Program was wonderful!

By Samantha T
The FAP was wonderful. I learned more than I expected to learn and in such a short period of time. Ofie and Sheri were wonderful teachers, and they instilled "practice, practice, practice." The materials provided a wealth of information. The study guide and apparatus manuals are wonder. A few changes are upcoming, I understand. One suggestion is that it would be very helpful to include the entire proper setup for each movement/exercise, and ensure position of the feet and hands is included if it cannot be seen from the photo. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The information and exercises are beautifully and logically presented.

The information and exercises are beautifully and logically presented, and with pictures (my stick figure artistry gets a little fuzzy). The handouts/binders are truly a gift- thank you! Of course I wish the course was twice as long- but really it's just right- a lot of the work simply needs to be worked through and experienced on our own.

I can't wait to take the second half.

Great material that was well delivered. I found this course to be extremely valuable and I can't wait to take the second half.
