| Bio | Glaucia is a Graduated Physical Therapist specialized in Pilates and also Gyrotonic. She lived years in US, including California where she attended Basi certification and completed her education in the Method,and also became a gyrotonic certified teacher.While living abroad, she had the chance to observe, learn and work with the best professionals in the area at the time.
She has also learned the kinetic chain muscles method (Leopold Busquet) and the Mackenzie Technique. She went back to Brazil in 2003 in order to open a business of her own, which is now a well known Pilates and Gyrotonic Facility,where all instructors are graduated in PT as well as BASI certified in the Pilates Method.
Her Studio is an International Host for BASI certification,the first in South America, and so far the only one. Fully equiped with Stott Pilates Equipament.
She also openned her SECOND Studio in Brasilia in November of 2005, in the Lago Norte area.
The Staff is specilized in dealing with special population, athletes, and working close to physicians of many fields.
